  • What film stocks are available? 
    • Aside from the sold out products, all the films and disposable cameras in our web store are available and on hand. 
  • When is the expiration date of x film stock? 
    • Please reach out to us on instagram or send an email to hello@filmmstore.com to know the expiration dates. 
    • Due to the fast movement of stocks, it is difficult to maintain the expiration dates in our website. Rest assured that all the film stocks are fresh. We will indicate it in the title and description if it's an expired film stock. 
  • When is the next restock? 
    • Please check our Film Restock Schedule page for the restock schedule. 
    • You can also reach out to us on instagram or send an email to hello@filmmstore.com to know when will be the next restock. 
    • You can go to a product page and subscribe to the notify when available email to be notified immediately once that product comes back in stock. 
  • What are the modes of payment available? 
    • You can deposit/transfer your payment to our BDO, BPI, Metrobank, Unionbank, GCash, or PayMaya. 
    • PayPal is also available upon request for PayPal and Credit Card payments. Please choose "Sending to a friend" as the payment type. If this is done incorrectly, we will send an invoice for the 6% PayPal fee. 
  • What courier do you use?
    • We use J&T Express to ship the films and disposable cameras. Shipping fee is P110. 
    • We can also ship via JRS Express for P145. 
  • Do you offer same day delivery? 
    • We currently do not offer same day delivery.
    • Pick-ups can be arranged if you're in San Fernando, La Union.
